In other words, they should remove the Hollywood "management/production" glut and cut costs...you don't cite the escalating costs of film in this entry, but I'd wager that Gone With the Wind (and even Star Wars) were made on fractions of the budgets of today's "blockbusters." Hollywood is in need of a correction, and, no, I don't think they deserve a bailout either!!
