		<description>I suppose TONY would know better than I! I hope it is picking up. As old shops close, new ones I suppose come in. I still contend, however, that Philly, being much cheaper, has a much greater representation in this regard: Manhattan really is just too expensive to get the kind of coverage Philly does.</description>
