Mr. Christian: If you check the February 12, 2010 comments page, I've left a response to your article "Barry Miller Decries Fame Today" as well as an additional article entitled "Toxic Hollywood" written by Steve Weber at the time of Heath Ledger's death in January of 2008... a perpetually relevant screed in regards to the recent death of Corey Haim.....there has been a palpable critical shift since the 2009 fiasco towards the original that has now been released in a brand-new restored Blu-Ray DVD..the remake certainly went a long way towards helping restore the original's reputation as a serious film made as a cautionary tale about the American Dream rather than the template for all things American Idol.
